Refund Policy

How to return a product purchased online.

Any online purchase can be returned to the below address.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless stated otherwise. Please contact Shop@emeraldpark.ie for more information on this. 

 

Issues with product bought in Emerald Park? 

Please contact us on Shop@emeraldpark.ie for help with the product that you bought in the park when you visited us last - some products/sizes could be out of stock but we will do our best to exchange your product and come up with a resolution! 

 

Refund Process

Provided our refund conditions are met, a refund will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund amount. 

During busy periods orders may take up to 7-10 workings days to process refunds and exchanges. 

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product that you have purchased, please contact us on Shop@emeraldpark.ie outlining what you are trying to exchange and what item you would like to receive instead (Please note in busy times we cant guarantee all items/sizes will be in stock). You will be required to post the item back to us on the above address along with the original online purchase receipt. 

Standard delivery charges will apply on re-delivery of goods unless stated otherwise.
